Enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) is a multimodal approach to optimize perioperative management and postoperative outcome. In the field of obstetrics, implementation ERAS, called enhanced caesarian section (ERACS), still quite lagging behind compared other surgical specialties. This study aims describe patient satisfaction with ERACS method in anesthesia services at Abby Maternal Child Hospital, Lhokseumawe. descriptive was conducted on post-cesarean patients who were treated The sampling technique used purposive population 46 respondents. results analysis showed that 45 respondents (97.8%) satisfied service hospital undergoing cesarean pain Most experienced mild (87%) able mobilize early carry baby for breastfeeding (95.7%). side effects felt nausea vomiting 8 (17.4%) chills 11 (23.6%). conclusion, majority stated they C-sections.
